Job summary

Amazon is seeking a GenAI/ML Solutions Architect in the United States (SF area). You will design and advocate architecturally sound GenAI/ML solutions, leveraging Bedrock, AgentCore, and SageMaker AI to help customers adopt AI at scale.

You will work with field teams across verticals, craft reference architectures, run workshops, and publish guidance to accelerate production-grade AI deployments while aligning with responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT development, cloud, or data analytics.
• Experience designing and implementing multi-agent AI solutions.
• Strong math and statistics background; production ML systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer teams to understand business needs and translate into AWS GenAI/ML solutions.
• Design architectures using Bedrock, SageMaker AI, Nova models and related services.
• Develop agent-led, retrieval augmented generation and production inference pipelines.
• Provide guidance to field SAs and contribute to technical content and workshops.
• Advise on best practices for responsible AI and model evaluation.
• Share feedback with product teams to improve capabilities.
