Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking a GenAI/ML Solutions Architect in the United States to help customers design GenAI-powered solutions using Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and other AI/ML services. You will work with customer development and data science teams to craft scalable architectures and publish best practices through blogs and white papers.

This role involves cross-team collaboration, white paper authorship, and contributing to the customer-driven product feedback loop with AWS service teams.

Qualifications

• Deep technical experience in AI/ML or deep learning.
• Strong mathematics and statistics background preferred.
• Experience building ML models and guiding customers in GenAI use cases.

Responsibilities

• Design GenAI solutions for US customers leveraging AWS AI/ML services.
• Collaborate with SAs, Sales, and service teams to accelerate adoption.
• Develop white papers, blogs, and reference implementations for GenAI on AWS.
• Provide customer-driven product feedback to AWS service teams.
• Build and support a GenAI SME internal community in the AMERICAS.
