Job summary

CompassX is seeking a GenAI Solution Architect to design end-to-end AI-powered systems and actively build them in real enterprise environments. The role emphasizes hands-on development, integration with enterprise data environments, and delivering AI-enabled operations for Fortune 500 and high-growth clients.

You’ll work on LLM selection, prompt engineering, orchestration, RAG pipelines, and deployment infrastructure while collaborating with leadership and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GenAI experience building production or near-production systems.
• Experience with multi-agent workflows and agentic AI tooling.
• Broad experience with major LLM platforms and APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock).
• Strong Python skills and cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Understanding of vector stores, embeddings, and RAG architectures.

Responsibilities

• Architect GenAI solutions end-to-end, from LLM selection to orchestration and data integration.
• Build and orchestrate agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
• Own the AI stack including LLM APIs, vector databases, and deployment infrastructure.
• Bridge GenAI solutions with existing enterprise data platforms, APIs, and IAM controls.
• Advise client leadership, translating architecture decisions into business narratives.
• Accelerate delivery teams with patterns, components, and standards.
