Job summary

CompassX Group in Los Angeles is seeking a GenAI Solution Architect who will design and build AI-powered systems in enterprise environments. This role requires a hands-on approach to architecting GenAI solutions and orchestrating multi-agent AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain and AutoGen.

The ideal candidate will have experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI and AWS Bedrock, a strong engineering background, and the ability to navigate complex client environments. Competitive salary ranges from $150,000 to $190,000, with additional benefits including PTO, insurance, and learning support.

Qualifications

• Built production or near-production GenAI systems, not just demos.
• Practical experience with agentic workflows and multi-agent systems.
• Hands-on experience with major LLM platforms and APIs.
• Strong Python skills in cloud-native environments.
• Understanding of data consumption in AI systems.
• Experience in client-facing contexts and navigating organizational complexity.
• Excited to operate at the frontier of deployable enterprise solutions.
