Job summary

CompassX Group is seeking a GenAI Solution Architect who can design end-to-end AI-powered systems and also build them in production for enterprise clients. You will orchestrate agentic workflows, integrate with enterprise data environments, and shape how we deliver GenAI engagements.

You will work with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI, and translate architecture decisions into clear business narratives for client leadership.

Qualifications

• Production-grade GenAI systems experience.
• Experience building agentic workflows and multi-agent systems.
• Hands-on experience with major LLM platforms/APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock).
• Strong Python skills and cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Consulting/delivery experience with clients.

Responsibilities

• Architect GenAI solutions end-to-end (LLM selection, prompt engineering, orchestration, RAG, data integration).
• Build and orchestrate agentic AI workflows across frameworks and ship real outputs.
• Own the AI stack including APIs, vector stores, RAG pipelines, and deployment infra.
• Bridge GenAI solutions with enterprise data platforms, APIs, IAM, and compliance.
• Translate architecture decisions into strategic client narratives for leadership.
• Accelerate delivery by applying patterns and reusable components.
