Job summary

Ia Collaborative, Llc seeks a GenAI Solutions Strategist to research, design, and deploy innovative GenAI solutions tailored to client needs. You will translate ambiguous inputs into creative outcomes, balance user needs with technical implementation, and drive project strategy and execution.

The role requires collaboration across teams, strong communication with clients, and mentorship on AI concepts. Hybrid office model and occasional travel support innovative growth and client-facing work.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of generative AI technologies and their business applications.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills for communicating AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering projects from start to finish with internal teams and clients.
• Familiarity with design thinking, UX, and accessibility in AI-enabled experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and develop tailored GenAI solutions, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality work.
• Develop PoCs and strategic roadmaps for AI implementation, presenting solutions to clients and teams.
• Assist in strategic deployment of GenAI solutions across on-prem, cloud, and edge environments with governance and security.
• Support business development, mentor team members, and explore new capabilities for organizational growth.
