Point72 is seeking a GenAI Security Engineer to build and enforce security controls for GenAI systems, focusing on guardrails, threat modeling, and secure-by-default architectures. You will collaborate with DevOps, MLOps, Legal, and Compliance to land guardrails without delaying delivery.

You will translate policy requirements into concrete implementations, drive incident response, and stay current on evolving GenAI threats, contributing to a robust AI security program across the firm.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience in general-purpose languages.
• Experience with AI/ML/GenAI tools and technologies.
• Ability to design secure-by-default infrastructure and pipelines.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security controls for GenAI systems.
• Lead threat modeling and risk assessments for AI workloads.
• Define secure architectures for cloud-native GenAI workloads.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents involving AI applications.
