Job summary

Remitly, Inc. in the Seattle area is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and implementation of AI-assisted product development tooling and experimentation frameworks.

You will build standardized GenAI tools, define adoption metrics and ROI, and establish governance for responsible AI usage while enabling teams across product and engineering to adopt these capabilities. This role offers telecommuting up to 3 days per week with manager approval and a competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4+ years of experience in developing technical tools and data-driven systems for product design and development.
• Experience defining product roadmaps, technical requirements, and success metrics for internal AI tools.
• Experience integrating large language model frameworks and APIs into internal tooling or developer workflows.
• Proficiency in building LLM infrastructure including model orchestration, prompt routing, embeddings, caching, and RAG pipelines.
• Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation to optimize generative model performance.
• Familiarity with continuous discovery and OST for guiding experimentation and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and implementation of AI-assisted product development tooling.
• Develop, document, and maintain GenAI tools and workflows across teams.
• Define adoption metrics, ROI, and use data to prioritize improvements.
• Analyze program performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Establish governance and ethical guidelines for responsible AI usage.
• Develop enablement programs to increase GenAI literacy and adoption.
