GenAI Product Manager

Location: CHARLOTTE, North Carolina (Onsite)

Role Overview

An opportunity is available for a Product Manager to lead the AI Agent component of a broad Client Lifecycle Management initiative. This role is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering AI-powered servicing capabilities that automate manual client requests and operational workflows. The Product Manager will partner with Data Scientists, Engineering, Business Stakeholders, and Product teams to define how AI Agents operate, interact with data, make decisions, and support production releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, backlog, and delivery of AI Agent capabilities.
• Gather and document business requirements by understanding end-to-end servicing workflows.
• Translate business processes into AI-driven product requirements and user stories.
• Define what AI Agents should do, how they should make decisions, and how success should be measured.
• Work directly with Data Scientists to develop and refine AI Agent functionality.
• Identify data needs, integration requirements, and testing strategies.
• Partner with Product, Technology, and Business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage release readiness and support delivery of AI-enabled capabilities.
• Navigate governance, risk, and compliance requirements associated with AI/GenAI products.
• Drive prioritization decisions and communicate roadmap progress to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Digital Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Product Management experience with roadmap ownership, backlog management, and requirements gathering.
• Experience delivering AI/GenAI products.
• AI Agent / Agentic AI experience.
• Experience working with LLM-based products.
• Ability to partner with Data Scientists and Technical teams.
• Experience defining and executing complex product initiatives from concept through release.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial Services or Banking experience.
• Experience in highly regulated industries.
• AI Governance and Model Risk exposure.
• Experience with Agentic AI solutions.
• RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) experience.
• Semantic Search and Vector Database exposure.
• Understanding of GenAI architecture and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering concepts.
