State Farm is seeking a Technical Architect to define and drive the Hercules C3 platform architecture, including AI-enabled capabilities. You will partner with product, engineering, and data teams to design scalable, secure solutions and guide governance across environments.

The role sits in Horizontal Architecture & Engineering, focusing on standards, modernization, and reusable frameworks to accelerate deployment and interoperability across the Hercules C3 ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering cloud solutions on AWS with architectural accountability.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect Hercules C3 solutions, advancing platform maturity in the contact center domain.
• Collaborate with peers, partners, and product teams to develop aspirational architecture.
• Identify opportunities for POCs and lead their implementation.
• Develop reusable architecture patterns and reference implementations (API, event-driven, security).
• Drive API-first and event-driven architectures and async workflows.
• Architect GenAI-powered insights and AI-assisted coaching with safe LLM usage.
• Maintain knowledge of applications and data flows across environments.
• Ensure alignment with State Farm architecture standards and governance.
• Provide mentorship and guidance with reusable artifacts and training.
• Establish feedback loops with business and tech partners to validate decisions.
• Influence multiple product suites and guide technical direction.
• Act as trusted advisor to shape leadership decisions.
