Job summary

Amazon’s Catalog Diagnostics and Analytics team is seeking a Software Development Engineer to build agentic diagnostics and analytics services. You will work with data scientists to create scalable, explainable AI models that provide transparency into catalog changes and product relationships.

You will own end-to-end pipelines handling petabytes of data, design robust architectures, and contribute to production-grade systems used by millions of customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Formulate novel methods to create agentic solution frameworks at GenAI and large-scale information retrieval.
• Design and implement agentic architectures to solve product identity and catalog understanding at billion-product scale.
• Pioneer explainable AI methodologies balancing performance with production scalability.
• Own end-to-end data pipelines processing petabytes of multimodal data with rigorous evaluations.
• Define product roadmaps aligned with business priorities and data-driven insights.
• Represent the team in Analytics and Diagnostics community; influence tech roadmaps and share knowledge.
