DXC Technology is seeking an AI Lead Engineer to define and drive the GenAI and Agentic AI roadmap for the Assure Build Platform. You will architect scalable, secure AI capabilities and guide multi‑agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and model selection across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role guiding teams.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs) including inference, embedding, and RAG.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision, roadmap, and architecture for GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities within the Assure Build Platform.
• Lead design and implementation of core GenAI platform components, including Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, and RAG pipelines.
• Drive LLM inference optimization initiatives including prompt engineering, caching, latency reduction, and cost governance.
• Mentor engineers and promote governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
