Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an AI Lead Engineer to define the technical vision and architecture for Generative AI within the Assure Build Platform. You will lead design and implementation of core GenAI components, including agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and prompt tooling.

You will drive optimization strategies, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and operations to deliver secure, scalable AI solutions at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience building scalable, distributed, and maintainable systems.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role guiding teams through complex architectural decisions and setting high standards for performance.

Responsibilities

• Understand the define technical vision, roadmap, and architecture for Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities within the Assure Build Platform.
• Lead the design and implementation of core GenAI platform components (Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, LLM selection and prompt tooling).
• Architect and govern AI agents with multi-step reasoning, tool usage, memory management, and workflow orchestration.
• Drive LLM inference optimization (prompt engineering, caching, latency reduction, cost governance).
• Lead integration of Copilot Studio-based agents into Assure workflows.
• Partner with engineering, platform, product, and operations teams to embed GenAI capabilities into high-impact workflows.
• Establish best practices for GenAI engineering (prompt handling, evaluation, monitoring, governance).
• Mentor engineers and promote innovation with governance and long-term sustainability.
