Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc in San Francisco is seeking a GenAI Product Leader to drive strategy and execution for a rapidly growing platform that helps enterprises build trustworthy AI applications at scale.

You will partner with engineering, AI research, design, sales, and leadership to turn customer needs into scalable features. The role requires leading 0-to-1 product development and strong communication skills in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in deep platform engineering and product management.
• Experience in building GenAI tools / infrastructure including extensive experience with coding / design agents.
• Experience leading a complex product area from 0 to 1.
• Experience in user experience tools (such as Figma) and ML concepts.

Responsibilities

• Distill Galileo customer needs into well-packaged, strategic products.
• Own end-to-end product development by understanding customer problems, defining product requirements, managing development, testing, and launches.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product design, marketing and sales to ensure products and features successfully land.
• Partner with the Platform and AI research teams to convert experiments into scalable features delivering high value for AI teams.
• Keep a pulse on the fast-growing generative AI market to conceptualize new ideas that enable users to build trustworthy GenAI systems.
• Work with founders and exec leaders to determine, maintain and implement the product strategy of the business.
