Job summary

Bank of America seeks a Feature Lead to guide a GenAI platform team building scalable AI-driven solutions. You will design, implement, and oversee end-to-end software lifecycle, mentor engineers, and ensure reusable architecture across use cases.

You will hands-on code, architect, and deploy with FastAPI, Python, and modern DevOps practices, while aligning with product goals and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing multi-tier (including microservices) platforms.
• Strong Python and Unix scripting skills.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and large dataset processing.
• Frontend basics with HTML/JS/React are a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead feature delivery and ensure design and quality standards.
• Guide backlog health with clear acceptance criteria.
• Mentor junior team members and drive engineering practices.
• Develop high-performance APIs using FastAPI and Python.
• Implement caching, containerization, and message queues for scalable systems.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Deliver end-to-end platform implementations and related use cases.
• Identify tasks in the software development life cycle and automate SDLC efficiency.
