Job summary

Netflix's Creative Innovation team blends storytelling with cutting-edge technology to shape how generative AI tools influence production. In this role you will own partnerships with GenAI vendors, assess what they can deliver, and translate capabilities into guidance for production teams.

You will drive end-to-end relationships, work with Legal and Security to ensure secure, scalable engagement pathways, and help promising vendors mature toward full partnerships in a fast-moving market.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in partnerships, account, or vendor management with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience in the generative AI industry or GenAI offerings at scale.
• Able to translate tool capability into guidance for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Security, and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Own partner relationships end to end, including renewals and escalations.
• Evaluate partner capabilities and translate findings into actionable guidance.
• Ensure tools fit production workflows and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide high-signal intelligence on quality, cost, speed, and risk.
• Identify and nurture emerging partners toward full partnerships.
• Collaborate with Legal and Security to maintain secure engagement pathways.
• Match partners to production needs based on workflow fit and risk.
