Job summary

Meta is seeking a Partner Engineer for the GenAI Product Partners team in the US. You will enable strategic partners to succeed with generative AI products and platforms, crafting solutions, and ensuring tight integration with Meta's offerings.

You will drive technical engagements, build assets, and foster collaboration with internal teams and external partners, influencing product direction and delivering production-grade code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
• 3+ years in Deep Learning, Model Fine-tuning, Inference Optimization, or Distributed Systems.
• Hands-on experience with modern foundational AI architectures beyond API interactions.
• Proficiency in at least one DL framework (PyTorch or JAX).
• Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives and communicating with partners.
• Proficient in Python, Java, Go, Rust, or C/C++.
• Experience with generative AI tool stacks (LLMs) and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical engagements with GenAI partners to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Design and integrate end-to-end generative AI systems and launch plans.
• Build relationships with partners and internal teams, resolving complex needs.
• Deliver high-quality project/integration engagements using product insight.
• Guide product roadmap decisions by aligning with partner needs.
• Create technical content, tools, and documentation for developers.
• Contribute to Meta AI developer ecosystem through case studies and courses.
• Mentor peers and participate in onboarding of new team members.
