Job summary

Deloitte GPS is seeking a Senior Oracle Applications Forward Deployed Engineer to rapidly prototype and deliver GenAI-enabled solutions within ERP/HCM space. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven processes and integrations.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, production-ready code, and delivering measurable impact while mentoring peers and contributing reusable assets across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in software/data engineering or analytics engineering.
• 1+ years building and deploying GenAI/LLM-powered solutions in client or production environments
• 2+ years of experience extending/integrating Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle EBS, and PeopleSoft via OIC/REST/API tools.

Responsibilities

• Embed with clients to identify business needs and translate GenAI use cases into solutions.
• Lead sessions with leaders, architects, and engineers to shape delivery and outcomes.
• Prototype and deliver AI solutions using industry expertise and emerging capabilities.
• Mentor other FDEs through design/code reviews and knowledge transfer.
