Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Oracle Applications Forward Deployed Engineer to rapidly prototype and deliver GenAI-enabled solutions for federal, state, and local government clients. You will work with senior teams to design AI-enabled ERP/HCM integrations and end-to-end delivery, driving measurable business impact from day one.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, architecture decisions, and mentoring other FDEs, with travel up to 50% expected, and a strong focus on production-quality code

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering.
• 4+ years of software/data/analytics engineering experience.
• 1+ year building GenAI/LLM solutions in client or production environments.
• 2+ years with Oracle Fusion/Oracle ERP integrations.
• 2+ years with Oracle technologies incl. Fusion AI Agent Studio/OCI Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Embed with clients, translate GenAI use cases into solutions.
• Lead sessions to shape solutions and drive client outcomes.
• Prototype and deliver GenAI solutions with industry expertise.
• Develop scalable AI engineering patterns and multi-agent systems.
• Deliver production-quality code with CI/CD, testing, and docs.
