Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Mgr, GenAI/ML Specialist Solutions Architects to lead the technical strategy and execution for GenAI/ML workloads in Auto/Mfg and Media & Entertainment.

You will partner with Sales and Product teams to win new customers and grow existing ones, building a deeply technical SA team to support strategic outcomes. You will work with customers to define workloads, prioritize GenAI initiatives, and translate requirements into scalable cloud architectures while

Qualifications

5+ years of managing technical, enterprise customer-facing resources.
5+ years in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
Experience architecting/operating solutions on cloud providers like AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI.
5+ years working with Data & AI technologies including AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, database, and/or storage.

Responsibilities

Define strategic workloads to drive key technical relationships with customers and partners.
Help Sales prioritize GenAI/ML for customers.
Build and lead a high-performing Solutions Architecture team.
Collaborate with product teams to evolve GenAI/ML offerings and address customer feedback.
