Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking a Machine Learning Solutions Architect to be the SME for helping customers in the AMERICAS design solutions that leverage ML services. You will work with customers across industries to enable large-scale use cases, design ML pipelines, and drive adoption of AWS AI/ML platforms.

Travel up to 50% across the USA may be possible. You must have deep technical experience in AI/ML, a strong mathematics background, and be fluent with GenAI ecosystems to guide customers in selecting

Qualifications

• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• Experience in a technical role within a sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions that make the best use of the AWS cloud platform and AWS AI/ML Services including SageMaker, Bedrock, Rekognition, Transcribe, Quick, Personalize, and more.
• Partner with SAs, Sales, Business Development and service teams to accelerate customer adoption and revenue in AMERICAS for SageMaker and related services.
• Evangelize AWS ML services and share best practices through forums, whitepapers, reference architectures and events.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and the SageMaker teams to provide customer-driven product feedback.
• Develop and support an AWS internal GenAI SME community in the AMERICAS.
