Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Machine Learning Solutions Architect (ML SA) to act as the SME for helping customers in the AMERICAS design solutions that leverage ML services.

You will collaborate with ISV partners to enable large-scale GenAI use cases, design ML pipelines, and promote AWS AI/ML platforms. You will interact with SAs and service teams to guide engagements, contribute white papers, blogs and reference implementations, and help voice customer needs to drive platform

Qualifications

• Deep technical experience in Generative AI, ML and/or DL.
• Strong mathematics and statistics background preferred.
• Experience with GenAI ecosystem and vendor landscape.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the USA.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions leveraging AWS ML services for AMERICAS customers.
• Partner with SAs, Sales, and AI/ML Service teams to drive adoption and revenue for SageMaker and GenAI services.
• Evangelize AWS ML services through blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public events.
• Serve as a technical liaison for customer feedback to SageMaker and other services.
• Build and support an AWS internal GenAI community across the AMERICAS.
