Job summary

AWS is seeking a Machine Learning Solutions Architect (ML SA) to be the SME for helping customers in the AMERICAS design solutions leveraging ML services. You will work with customers in multiple industries to enable large-scale use cases, design ML pipelines, and drive adoption of AWS AI/ML platforms.

You will collaborate with service teams, write white papers and reference implementations, and travel up to 50% across the USA. A strong background in AI/ML/DL and statistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Deep technical experience working with artificial intelligence, machine learning and/or deep learning.
• Strong mathematics and statistics background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers' development and data science teams to understand business and technical needs and design ML solutions on AWS cloud platform.
• Collaborate with SAs, Sales, Business Development and AI/ML Service teams to accelerate customer adoption and revenue for SageMaker and GenAI-related services.
• Evangelize AWS ML services through blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public-speaking events.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and AWS SageMaker or other service teams to provide customer feedback for product improvement.
