Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Machine Learning Solutions Architect to design and deploy GenAI-powered solutions for customers in the AMERICAS.

You will collaborate with field SAs, sales teams, and the AWS ML Service teams to accelerate adoption of SageMaker and related services, while shaping customer-driven improvements and best practices. The role requires deep AI/ML expertise, strong math background, and experience in a customer-facing technical capacity.

Qualifications

• Deep learning/ML knowledge and experience
• Strong math/statistics background
• Experience advising customers or designing solutions
• Familiarity with GenAI ecosystems and vendor landscape

Responsibilities

• Partner with SAs, Sales, and AI/ML Service teams to accelerate customer adoption of SageMaker and GenAI services in the AMERICAS.
• Evangelize AWS ML services through blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public events.
• Act as a technical liaison to provide customer-driven product feedback to SageMaker and related teams.
• Develop internal GenAI SME community in the AMERICAS and support knowledge sharing.
