Qualifications

• Pursuing Master's in CS/AI/ML/Data Science or related field.
• Strong foundation in ML, data structures, algorithms and software engineering.
• Proficient in Python with working knowledge of AI/ML libraries.
• Exposure to GenAI, LLMs and RAG.
• Familiar with data pipelines, APIs, cloud services and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Ship real AI features - Python code that goes into existing applications and platforms.
• Build agentic systems - agent servers, prompt management, skill workflows, MCP tools, and RAG knowledge bases.
• Benchmark the latest models - evaluate open-source and commercial LLMs and shape adoption.
• Turn ideas into products - collaborate with engineering and business teams on proof-of-concepts.
• Automate manual workflows - replace them with AI and document playbooks.
• Present results - to technical leaders and business stakeholders.
