Qualifications

• PhD in Construction Engineering or Construction Management required.
• Candidates with a PhD in Architecture and the requisite technical skills will also be strongly considered.
• Proficiency in Python programming and hands-on experience utilizing Generative AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Research & Development: Develop, test, and implement GenAI frameworks for construction planning, design, and pre-construction workflows.
• Air Force Alignment: Ensure outputs translate to faster, higher-quality military pre-construction phases.
• Collaboration: Participate in weekly in-person campus meetings to brief progress and align on milestones.
