Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Generative AI Software Engineer for an on-site role in Iowa. You will design, develop, and evaluate Generative AI solutions to support safety-critical engineering initiatives and improve development efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong Python skills, Unix/Linux experience, and a track record deploying AI-powered applications. You will mentor teammates and communicate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong software development fundamentals and software engineering experience.
Proficiency with Python development.
Experience in Unix/Linux environments.
Ability to contribute to complex systems and deploy Generative AI-powered apps.
Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals from research or practical work.
Experience deploying Generative AI-powered applications.
Experience with LangChain or similar large language model frameworks.
Strong communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
