Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Finance Manager to own end-to-end finance support for Generative AI services, including CapEx planning. The role requires strong business partnership and the ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive deliverables in a matrixed environment.

You will lead financial planning, build models, drive AI feature launches, identify efficiency opportunities, and collaborate with AWS finance teams to standardize reporting and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tax, finance or related analytical field.
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data to support business strategy.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives driving financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in financial planning; build complex financial models and analytical tools to measure overall financial performance
• Owning the GenAI services end to end, and influence business decisions that drive revenue and/or capital expenditures
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements including automation and coordination with upstream and downstream organizations.
• Partner with finance teams across AWS to standardize, streamline, and prioritize improvements, remove roadblocks, and increase the reliability and efficiency of reporting.
