Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond is seeking an AI Deployment Specialist – ERP Systems to advance AI-powered ERP solutions across HR, finance and procurement. You will integrate AI technologies into ERP workflows, promote AI fluency, and deploy new GenAI features within Workday and SAP platforms.

You will collaborate with architects and product teams to deliver AI-enabled ERP capabilities, while defining technical specifications and guiding ROI-driven projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years deploying AI agents or GenAI/AI-powered solutions.
• Strong literacy in AI/ML and evaluating data pipelines at a high level.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization.
• Knowledge of AI governance, compliance standards, and PII risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and product teams to enable AI capabilities within ERP platforms.
• Design, build, release and operationalize AI solutions for HR, finance and procurement features.
• Integrate AI models into enterprise processes for decision support and efficiency gains.
• Define technical specs for deploying AI solutions and capabilities.
• Lead AI projects from concept to delivery with ROI transparency.
• Increase AI literacy and maturity across the organization through training and mentoring.
