Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC seeks a highly skilled AI Engineer to lead the development of intelligent AI agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based applications. You will design scalable GenAI systems and implement RAG pipelines leveraging external sources for improved model performance.

Ideal candidates bring strong Python expertise and hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building GenAI systems.
• Experience designing and deploying RAG pipelines.
• Strong Python programming and AI-lib proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of intelligent AI agents and RAG-based applications.
• Architect and implement RAG pipelines with document chunking, embedding, and retrieval.
• Design, develop and deploy CustomAI agents using LLMs and multi-modal models.
• Develop and optimize generative AI algorithms and data workflows.
• Manage data pipelines including preprocessing, augmentation, and synthetic data generation.
• Ensure robust data handling with cleaning, labeling, and dataset structuring.
• Design Copilot Studio Agent Builder skills, with plugin development and memory management.
