Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a GenAI Engineer in California to lead development of intelligent AI agents and RAG-based applications. The role focuses on scalable, production-grade GenAI systems and Copilot Studio agent capabilities.

You will implement RAG pipelines, design autonomous AI agents, and manage data pipelines for high-quality model training. Strong Python and AI library expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Strong Python programming experience with AI-centric libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience architecting Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using external knowledge sources.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom AI agents with autonomous decision-making using LLMs and multi-modal models.
• Experience managing data pipelines with pre-processing, augmentation and synthetic data generation.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio Agent Builder, including plugin development, memory management and dynamic prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced programming expertise in Python and AI libraries.
• Architect and implement RAG pipelines to boost model performance.
• Design, build and deploy autonomous AI agents using LLMs and multimodal models.
• Develop and optimize generative AI algorithms and data handling practices.
• Build and manage data pipelines with cleaning, labelling and structuring datasets.
• Create scalable Copilot Studio Agent Builder flows with multiple AI skills and API integration.
• Oversee agent orchestration, trigger management and automation workflows.
• Design scalable flow architectures for complex business processes.
• Integrate enterprise apps and services via Copilot connectors.
