Job summary

State Farm is hiring for an AI/GenAI-focused role, hybrid in the Dunwoody, GA area. You will design and deploy LLM-powered applications, build AI-integrated APIs, and engineer data pipelines to feed AI systems across the enterprise.

You will champion responsible AI, implement DevSecOps practices for AI workloads, and craft full-stack cloud-native solutions with accessible interfaces and dashboards. Strong collaboration and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications or GenAI features.

Responsibilities

• Design & Deploy AI/GenAI Solutions — Architect and implement LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, and RAG pipelines.
• Build AI-Integrated APIs — Develop and maintain robust APIs (REST, FastAPI, etc.) serving AI applications and orchestration.
• Engineer Data & Analytics Pipelines — Create data pipelines for AI/ML systems from enterprise sources.
• Build on Bedrock/AgentCore primitives — Use Runtime, Gateway, Memory, Code Interpreter for production-grade agents.
• Champion Responsible AI — Apply prompt engineering, guardrails, and governance standards.
• Drive Full Stack AI Applications — Create cloud-native apps with chat interfaces, dashboards, and automation.
• Implement DevSecOps for AI — Integrate AI workloads into CI/CD with secure coding and observability.
• Enhance User Experience — Design intuitive AI-powered interfaces for end users.
• Document & Share Knowledge — Write docs and evaluation frameworks; mentor teammates.
• Mentor & Lead — Provide technical guidance and code reviews.
