Job summary

Sogeti, part of the Capgemini Group, is seeking a GenAI/AI engineer to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions for HR use cases. You will build scalable data science pipelines using Azure Databricks and Azure ML, and collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-powered outcomes.

You will work on LLM-based GenAI solutions, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agents, with a focus on reproducibility, explainability, and performance in Azure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience and at least 2 years of AI/ML development and deployment.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions using LLMs and GenAI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks for data processing, model development, and operationalization.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow and XGBoost.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions for HR use cases.
• Develop scalable data science and ML pipelines using Azure ML and Databricks.
• Design and implement GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, prompts, vector databases, and AI agents.
• Collaborate with analysts, HR, product owners, and architects to translate challenges into AI solutions.
• Operationalize AI models with reproducibility, explainability, scalability, and performance.
• Automate AI development and deployment workflows using Azure DevOps, Azure ML, and Databricks.
• Optimize training and inference workloads for performance, scale, and cost in Azure.
