Job summary

Luxoft seeks an expert-level engineer to design and build LLM applications and agentic workflows on Azure, focusing on RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, MCP tool integration, evaluation, guardrails and cost control. You will set GenAI engineering standards and ensure solution quality against evaluation thresholds.

You will build LLM applications using LangGraph/LangChain/Semantic Kernel on Azure OpenAI, design RAG pipelines, integrate MCP servers and function calling; you will test

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in software or data engineering with 3+ years in ML/NLP and 2+ delivering production LLM applications on Azure OpenAI.
• Expert Python and experience with LangGraph/LangChain and Semantic Kernel.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry/ML, Functions, Key Vault and Observability tooling.
• Experience with guardrails, model evaluation and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Build LLM applications and agent workflows on Azure OpenAI.
• Design RAG pipelines including document ingestion, embeddings, vector search and re-ranking.
• Integrate MCP servers and function calling for multi-agent orchestration.
• Engineer, test and evaluate prompts; perform offline/online evaluation and fine-tuning as needed.
• Implement guardrails and observability, including token accounting and latency.
