Job summary

MaintainX is seeking a frontend generation capabilities specialist to own the Generation half of Document Intelligence. You will turn multimodal primitives into schema-valid entities (SOPs) and uphold high quality so speed does not compromise correctness.

You will design prompts, define schemas, build eval datasets, and manage multimodal context to ensure precise outputs. Collaboration with Engineering Lead and Processing teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong GenAI craft with prompt engineering, structured output, tool use and retrieval-context patterns.
• Real eval discipline: you built datasets and rubrics and measured quality and relevance.
• Shipped LLM features into production services, not notebooks, with measurable product impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate generation prompts and context assembly for each generation recipe.
• Define per-entity target schemas and validators for generated outputs.
• Build and evaluate generation-quality datasets and rubrics, offline and online.
• Assemble multimodal context (keyframes, transcripts, OCR) for model calls.
• Choose model and token budgets per recipe considering quality and cost.
