Job summary

MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, is seeking a GenAI-focused role to own the Generation half of Document Intelligence. You will turn multimodal primitives into schema‑valid entities and ensure high quality output for SOPs and related data.

Design and iterate prompts, define per-entity schemas, build eval datasets, and manage context windows and model budgets to balance quality, cost, and latency in production.

Qualifications

• Strong GenAI craft including prompt engineering and structured output.
• Real eval discipline with datasets and rubrics.
• Shipped LLM features into production, linked to product impact.
• Experience with multimodal inputs like video, PDF, audio, image.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate prompts for each generation recipe.
• Define per-entity target schemas and validators.
• Build eval datasets and rubrics, offline and online.
• Assemble multimodal context windows for model calls.
• Choose model and token budget per recipe.
