Job summary

Autodesk Operations Solutions is seeking a senior GenAI engineer to own the generation phase of document intelligence. You will design prompts, define schemas, and ensure output quality across multimodal inputs, collaborating with the engineering team and reporting to the Engineering Lead.

You will build eval datasets, set rubrics, and optimize model usage for cost and latency while integrating with existing pipelines and platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong GenAI craft including prompt engineering, structured output and tool-use.
• Real eval discipline with datasets and rubrics; track quality and close regressions.
• Experience shipping GenAI features into production services, linking model performance to product impact.
• Comfort handling multimodal inputs (video, PDF, audio, image) converted to text or structured output.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate recipe prompts — system, few-shot, and context assembly — for each generation recipe.
• Define per-entity target schemas and validators that generated output must pass.
• Build generation-quality eval datasets and rubrics, offline and online, in the eval pipeline.
• Assemble multimodal context windows from keyframes, transcripts, and OCR for precise model inputs.
