Job summary

GSPANN Technologies, Inc is seeking an AI Engineer for GenAI and agentic development in San Francisco, CA. The role focuses on building production-grade AI/ML solutions and applying agentic development workflows to accelerate delivery.

Candidates will work across Python, TypeScript, and React, with hybrid onsite expectations (1–2 days/week). 12+ month engagement with opportunities to scale AI initiatives across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering with at least 2+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI.
• Proven delivery of production AI systems with end-to-end ownership.
• Expert experience with AI coding assistants and agentic development workflows.
• Strong full-stack skills in Python, TypeScript, and React.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML and Generative AI apps.
• Own AI engineering initiatives end-to-end from design to deployment and optimization.
• Leverage AI coding assistants and agentic workflows to boost productivity.
• Develop full-stack apps using Python, TypeScript, and React.
• Integrate emerging AI tech and agentic capabilities into workflows.
• Design scalable microservices and modern software patterns.
• Evaluate trade-offs and pick architectures for AI-enabled apps.
• Collaborate across codebases and AI platforms while maintaining quality.
• Translate business requirements to scalable AI solutions with stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to coding standards and best practices.
• Demonstrate ownership, prioritization, and execution of tasks.
• Apply responsible AI principles around bias, safety, and ethics.
