Job summary

GSPANN is seeking an AI Architect/Engineer to design and deliver AI-powered applications and agentic workflows for global clients. You will identify AI opportunities, define architectures, and build production-ready solutions that integrate with enterprise systems.

The role emphasizes AI governance, responsible AI practices, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to drive innovation and scalable implementations.

Qualifications

• Relevant software engineering foundations and programming experience.
• Experience building enterprise AI applications.
• Ability to design scalable AI architectures and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered applications and agentic workflows.
• Identify and evaluate AI opportunities and use cases.
• Define AI architectures, patterns, and best practices.
• Build integrations with enterprise platforms, tools, and data sources.
• Develop prototypes, PoCs, and production-ready AI solutions.
• Drive AI governance, AI-SDLC, and Responsible AI practices.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams.
• Provide technical leadership, solutioning, and innovation.
