Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a Vice President in the Chase-360 Payment Analytics team to transform data into insights influencing lending strategy and risk decisions across consumer and small business portfolios.

You will leverage cross-LOB data to inform credit models, develop attributes, and support strategy while partnering with Risk leadership to address high-impact questions and monitor emerging risks.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in statistics, econometrics, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of risk management or quantitative experience; alternatively, BS with 7+ years relevant experience.
• Deep expertise in Consumer Financial Services industry.
• Deep expertise in Python and SQL.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analytics projects from initiation to completion.
• Perform credit-focused analytics to identify and monitor risks in consumers and small businesses.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Research emerging risks relevant to consumers and small businesses.
• Deliver executive-ready narratives with insights and tradeoffs to senior leaders.
• Drive execution in a fast-paced environment meeting roadmaps and outcomes.
• Identify GenAI opportunities to improve data science lifecycle and risk monitoring.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and macroeconomic developments.
