Job summary

Amazon’s Quantitative Business Intelligence Tools (QuBIT) team seeks a Software Development Manager to lead software solutions for NACF and Beyond, including an AI-driven transformation of FC operations. You’ll manage customer-facing experiences, drive GenAI at scale, and shepherd specs from design to release in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 3+ years of providing technical leadership and project management for all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
• 5+ years of developing large-scale, multi-tiered distributed software systems using Java, C#, or C++.

Responsibilities

• Lead software solutions development for NACF and Beyond and drive AI transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers to write specifications and drive project schedules from design to release.
