Empower is seeking a Data Architect to lead hands-on data and cloud architecture initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with enterprise and senior architects, IT teams, and business stakeholders to shape architectures, drive modernization, and translate experiments into practical patterns for delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Data-centric architecture experience in enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate data strategy into actionable designs.
• Experience documenting target and reference architectures.

Responsibilities

• Shape solution architectures aligned to a unified IT data strategy.
• Document target state architectures and dependencies.
• Design and migrate to scalable, secure cloud architectures.
• Prototype new technologies and influence business cases.
• Support architecture governance and best practices.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
• Champion security, resilience and cost optimization across platforms.
• Guide full-stack teams on scalable data solutions.
