Job summary

Vision Square INC is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer to drive the rollout and integration of GenAI tools across CDXO and LOB engineering teams. You will actively develop solutions within enterprise SDLC workflows, including CI/CD, repositories, and APIs, to accelerate delivery.

You will partner with client teams to standardize playbooks, onboard developers, and monitor adoption metrics, ensuring secure and governed deployments in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Deployment and scaling of GenAI tools across CDXO and LOB teams.
• Improving product delivery lifecycle with GenAI utilization.
• Increase developer productivity through automation and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end rollout of Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor.
• Act as hands-on full-stack developers integrating into SDLC workflows (CI/CD, repos, APIs).
• Define enterprise rollout strategies and phased onboarding.
