Job summary

Accord Technologies Inc in Charlotte, NC seeks an AI Deployment Engineer/Lead for Devin AI, a 12-month W2 contract. This hands-on role focuses on deploying GenAI tools across enterprise teams and integrating into existing SDLC.

You will lead end-to-end rollout, build pipelines, collaborate with product and engineering, and promote best practices in prompt engineering and governance. Strong background in Java, Python, React/TS, microservices, CI/CD, and cloud platforms is required; experience

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack development experience with Java, Python, React/Angular/TypeScript.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling ecosystems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as OpenShift (OCP) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end rollout and scaling of GenAI tools across engineering teams.
• Hands-on full-stack engineering to build and integrate solutions into enterprise SDLC workflows.
• Define and execute enterprise-wide rollout strategies with phased onboarding and scaling models.
• Partner with business and engineering teams to enhance product delivery using GenAI capabilities.
• Conduct developer onboarding and enablement sessions, promoting best practices in prompt engineering.
• Monitor adoption, usage metrics, and performance; drive continuous optimization.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting, performance tuning, and scaling support.
• Establish reusable playbooks for enterprise GenAI adoption.
• Ensure alignment with governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
