Job summary

EXL is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead GenAI and data delivery initiatives in a hybrid work model. You will oversee multi-team programs, coordinating data engineering, ML/AI engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered solutions.

The role requires strong PM experience, knowledge of GenAI concepts, and hands-on familiarity with AI lifecycles, cloud platforms, and stakeholder management to ensure on-time delivery and business value realization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in AI/ML or data-driven initiatives.
• Proven experience managing GenAI, ML, or advanced analytics projects.
• Experience in industries such as insurance, financial services, or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for GenAI and data-driven initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineering, ML/AI engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure traceability from requirements to deployment and business outcomes.
• Report to leadership with regular updates and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
• Ensure adherence to responsible AI practices and governance standards.
