Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Manager to shape vision, build AI-first strategies and drive data-driven transformation for global clients. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, forge strong client relationships, and infuse Responsible AI into roadmaps and operating models.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years in AI and data strategy, with extensive consulting experience, leadership of large delivery programs, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI and Data Strategy and related areas.
• Minimum of 5 years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• Minimum of 5 years of large-scale global delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on infusing AI, GenAI and data into business processes.
• Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies.
• Assess maturity of an organization’s AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model, and data foundation.
• Define building blocks to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and data platform blueprint.
• Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy, including revenue upside and cost-takeout opportunities.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, plan ecosystem partnerships, and define operating model to foster innovation.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and development of commercialization opportunities.
