Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance AI & Data Strategy Consultant to shape AI-driven business reinvention, build trusted client relationships, and define enterprise AI/data architectures. You will assess maturity, develop roadmaps, and create business cases for AI-first transformations across Finance functions.

Role requires 3+ years in AI/Data Strategy, strong consulting background, and ability to lead large workstreams. Travel up to 80% as needed to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AI and Data Strategy space with data management and governance experience.
• 3+ years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent.
• 3+ years leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 3+ years of large-scale delivery experience in Finance processes, functions or systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships as a trusted advisor on infusing AI and data into processes and Finance capabilities.
• Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to build data assets and AI platforms.
• Assess maturity of AI and data strategy, talent, operating model and data foundations.
• Define building blocks for AI-first organization including tech stack and operating model.
• Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap for strategy with revenue upside and cost takeout.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap and plan ecosystem partnerships.
• Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities.
