Job summary

Capgemini in the United States is seeking a senior data and AI leader to shape and execute our data strategy. You will build data foundations with Master Data Management and Data Governance, while designing modern architectures on Azure, AWS, and GCP to enable advanced analytics and AI-driven capabilities.

You will translate complex tech concepts into business outcomes, engage senior leaders, and drive governance, security, and compliance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leveraging AI/ML to optimize business operations.
• Minimum of 5 years designing and architecting AI solutions with automation focus.
• Proven experience in solution architecture for Data and AI platforms including hyperscaler environments.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of enterprise processes for data strategies and business objectives.
• Expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and advanced analytics.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities where AI/ML can streamline processes and enhance decision-making.
• Design end-to-end AI architectures aligned with business objectives and scalability.
• Lead discussions on AI solution design and provide technical leadership.
• Evaluate and select AI technologies, frameworks, and tools for solution development.
• Document architectural decisions and technical documentation for solution understanding.
• Define and execute the enterprise data and AI strategy for scalable solutions.
• Establish robust data foundations with MDM and Data Governance across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data capabilities deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Drive AI adoption and innovation to unlock actionable insights.
• Integrate automation as an enabler to enhance agility and efficiency.
