Job summary

Brandtech+ is seeking a GenAI Senior Integrated Designer with Motion to join our remote-first creative team. You will blend traditional design skills with GenAI-driven workflows to produce scalable content for high‑profile brands across digital, social, and e‑commerce channels.

You'll work with Pencil AI and other GenAI tools, collaborating from brief to delivery, iterating on assets, and keeping brand guidelines intact while embracing cutting‑edge technologies to push creative boundaries.

Qualifications

• Integrated Designer with motion in advertising, in-house creative team, or design studio.
• Portfolio with AI-assisted and traditional motion work.
• Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly (training on Pencil provided).
• Detail-oriented with ability to refine prompts and edit AI outputs.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, create, and deliver integrated design assets across digital and social.
• Design, layout, animate digital marketing assets (static, animated, video).
• Develop assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display using Pencil.
• Lead briefs through insight, concept, copy, image, video generation and final assembly.
• Optimize assets for multi‑channel rollout while following brand guidelines.
