Job summary
Inherent Technologies seeks an AI Automation Engineer to design and implement AI-driven automation across Digital Workplace Services. You will leverage Generative AI, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform to enhance IT operations and service desks.
Responsibilities include building AI agents, integrating with ServiceNow and Microsoft 365, and driving adoption of AI-powered workplace solutions while ensuring governance and security.
Qualifications
- Experience designing AI-driven automation for enterprise IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of GenAI, AI agents, and governance practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Platform integrations.
- Ability to develop APIs and connectors for data exchange.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI services and LLM-based tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered automation for Digital Workplace Services.
- Develop intelligent virtual assistants and AI agents using Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI.
- Create agentic AI workflows for autonomous task execution and IT support.
- Integrate AI with ITSM, collaboration tools, and enterprise apps.
- Build workflows using Power Platform, APIs, and orchestration frameworks.
